Meet Ingrid Marie Rivera. She's the reigning Miss Puerto Rico, and will compete in the Miss Universe Pageant. You may have heard of the strange incident in which Miss Rivera alleged that someone doused her pageant gown with pepper spray, causing her to break out in hives.
