Mischa Barton's Plea Bargain

People.com is reporting that Mischa Barton will serve three years probation for drunken driving, which will keep her from jail and charges of possession of marijuana.

Barton, best known for her role on The OC, was arrested December 27.

Mischa Barton was arrested and jailed today on suspicion of drunken driving, marijuana possession and driving without a license, according to the Los Angeles department. The 21 year old former star of "The O.C." was pulled over around 3am while driving in West Hollywood. Mischa was jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail. She spent about seven hours there before being released.
