Scary Face 2: The Return of Priscilla Presley

Poor Priscilla. She's become the new Joan Van Ark. She's popping up all over TV with her Scary Face and let me tell you: it's not a pretty sight.

If anyone has seen her on Dancing with the Stars, they may have noticed what appears to be M-shaped lips, plaster skin, and a nose made of marble.

Scary, scary, scary!

Scary Face: American Idol Edition

We usually save Scary Face for Tuesday, but it's a slow celebrity news week, and an even slower celebrity news weekend.

Amanda Overmyer might not be the victim of plastic surgery gone wrong, but nevertheless, she's got the Scary Face. And Scary Hair. And Scary Voice. The most recent to go home on American Idol has a special place in our nightmares.

CBS Cancels Jericho... Again

Jericho has been canceled by CBS for the second time in less than a year. When the show was first canceled last May, loyal fans of the series bombarded CBS with campaigns to keep the show alive - even sending 40,000 pounds of peanuts (in reference to a line from the show). The network reversed the decision and brought the show back only to see dismal ratings.

American Idol Sends Home Amanda Overmyer

Amanda is gone. She of the two-toned hair and raspy voice was voted off American Idol last night. Now the big question is: How long will Kristy Lee Cook hang on?

Lindsay Lohan has said she will not appear on her mom Dina Lohan's new E! reality show, Living Lohan.

Is it because:

A. She's too busy making hit films.

C. Dina's face is too scary.

American Idol Says Goodbye to David Hernandez

The first of the Top 12 was voted off last night on American Idol, and that contestant was David Hernandez. Hernandez sang "I Saw Her Standing There" on Tuesday night's show, and apparently viewers didn't respond well. The bottom three was made up of Hernandez, Syesha Mercado, and Kristy Lee Cook.

Hernandez made headlines last week when it was revealed that he worked as a nude dancer in the gay strip club that is unfortunately named Dick's Cabaret.

What to Wear to a Scandal

If you felt there was something familiar about soon-to-be Ex-Governor Eliot Spitzer's press conference on Monday, you might recall New Jersey's ex-Governor James McGreevey's 2004 press conference where he announced he had been unfaithful to his wife with a man and would be resigning as governor. Both men wore similar suits and ties. Silda Spitzer was wearing a jacket and pearls similar to what Dina Matos McGreevey wore during her husband's press conference.

Mariah Carey to Sub for Janet Jackson on SNL

If you're disappointed that Janet Jackson won't be on Saturday Night Live this weekend, fret not. NBC scored a coup by nabbing Mariah Carey to fill in for Jackson as the show's musical guest. Janet had to back out due to a bout with the flu.

Mary Ann Meets Mary Jane

Say it isn't so! Dawn Well, who played the beloved Mary Ann on Gilligan's Island, was found driving with marijuana in her vehicle. The 69 year old actress was sentenced February 29 to five days in jail, received a $410.50 fine (why didn't they round it up to $420?), and placed on six month probation after pleading guilty to one count of reckless driving. Misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence were dropped.

Wells' attorney said that a friend admitted that he'd left a small amount of marijuana in Wells' car and that the actress was unaware of it.

Janet Backs Out of SNL

A flu-struck Janet Jackson has backed out of this weekend's Saturday Night Live performance, according to her representatives. Jackson was reportedly treated at Cedars-Sinai's emergency room in LA. NBC hasn't announced a replacement musical guest for SNL. Janet last appeared on the show in 2004, when she was both host and musical guest.

Can you think of nine and a half reasons Mickey Rourke would think a new nose, chin implants, and cheek implants would be a good idea?

I can't.

Paula Abdul: Erratic Much?

Was it me or was Paula Abdul tipsy last night on American Idol? Let me count the ways: slurred speech, wandering sentences and a ridiculous grin. What do you think? On a scale of one to Britney Spears (one, of course, being the most sober), how trashed was Paula Abdul last night?

Separated at Birth

There's something about American Idol's resident lap dancer David Hernandez. There's something about his nose and mouth that reminds me of... comedian David Brenner! But seriously, everyone needs to give Nudie Boy some props. He held his head up high and was easily the best vocalist last night - even with the most unfortunate Idol pre-performance question and answer segment: "What was your most embarrassing moment?" I would have voted for him 1,000 times if his reply had started off with "This one time at the strip club..."

The Show Will Go On For American Idol's David Hernandez
