Dr. Phil: Practicing without a License?

An official complaint has been filed with the California Board of Psychology again Dr. Phil McGraw for practicing without a license when he visited Britney Spears while she was hospitalized earlier this month. The complaint goes on to claim that McGraw violated doctor/patient privilege by discussing Spears' case with the media. Dr. Phil isn't licensed to practice in the state of California.
