A massive effort coordinated between police and emergency services was used to get Britney Spears from her Studio City home to the UCLA Medical Center's Psychiatric Hospital early this morning.
A motorcade the size of a football field escorted Spears following a call to police from her psychologist. Britney is on a "mental evaluation hold" and will be held for at least three days.
